BOOK APPOINTMENT: Overview

Our appointment options are designed to fit your needs while ensuring quality care for all patients. Please select an option below.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS & LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS

We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This applies to both in-person and telephone appointments.

  • Missed Appointment Fee: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a missed appointment fee. Fees vary based on the type of appointment missed.

LATE ARRIVALS

  • If you arrive late for your in-person appointment or call back late for your telephone appointment, the appointment may still be possible but will still end at the originally scheduled time. There will be no extension of the appointment to accommodate the late arrival to be fair to other waiting patients.

  • Rescheduling Due to Lateness: If your arrival or call back is near the halfway point of the allocated appointment time, the appointment will likely need to be rescheduled, and a missed appointment fee will apply.

Repeated no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or late arrivals demonstrate a lack of professional respect for the time of the physician as well as other patients waiting to be assessed and erodes the physician-patient relationship over time. If the behavior continues to recur, the patient may be dismissed from the practice.
